Rahel Mwitula Williams is an experienced nonprofit development executive and social entrepreneur. She is the founder and lead designer of ILAVA, a socially responsible lifestyle brand that uses fashion to empower African women.

She has cultivated over a decade of expertise in fundraising and donor relationships, socially conscious brand partnerships, and educating customers and constituents about the beauty vitality, and strength of Tanzanian culture.
